After you purchase a service, our team will contact you within 1 business day to gather the necessary information and schedule a kickoff call. From there we move into research, strategy, and delivery.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Timelines vary by service. Most audits are delivered within 5–10 business days. Strategy sessions and campaign setups usually take 1–3 weeks depending on the scope and how quickly we receive the required materials from you.
Do you offer ongoing monthly services?
Currently we focus on one-time strategic projects and setups. If you need ongoing support after the initial project, we can discuss custom options.
What information do you need from me to get started?
It depends on the service, but typically we need access to your current website, analytics, ad accounts (if applicable), and a short brief about your goals and target audience.
Can I purchase multiple services together?
